I watched a homeless man pull out his hair, scratch his face and hit the side of his head for 15 minutes on a park bench screaming, "Oh God, Oh God!"
According to President Regan, a few friends, laws, and some past teachers, he just needs some "tough love".
All a person like that needs is a bit of "hard talk" or a good "talkin' to" like, "Hey Man, stop being so lazy all the time and get a job!"
or maybe jail time will suffice, cuz ya know--caging a wild animal totally makes it tame...(eventually they do die and death is the ultimate in tameness, naturally)
