A woman has a bum leg and she can't afford treatment because her problem doesn't allow her to work. Medicare only covers meds and disability has run out. We should probably just get rid of her because she wasn't blessed with health or riches. Or we could just send her to Europe or Canada, or even Cuba and let them fix her for free.
