Dumb Guy Reviews: Religulous

• Mostly preaching to the converted.
• I read some reviews that say Maher "attacks" religion in this film. I find it interesting that simply asking questions and having conversations means "attacking".
• I like the Vatican Priest dude. He explained that science wasn't around until about 200 A.D, so that's why it's not in the bible. Makes sense to me.
  
• I had no idea that the story of Jesus wasn't unique and most of his miracles were already done by others many years before him.
  
• I also had no idea that some believe Jesus never existed.
  
• Almost all wars in the world are/were over religion. That sucks. We should probably stop doing that.
• Personally, religion kept me in constant fear.
• Most religious people I know are far more violent, hurtful and fearful than the non-religious. I guess it's all that "passion" that makes them so.
