C'mon people... really? Gay people getting married is so scary that running attack ads is the only solution? A commercial with a little girl running in and saying, "Mommy, mommy, I learned that I can marry a princess in school today!" - Then an a man comes out and says something like, "See what can happen to your children, and there's nothing you can do about it, they will teach your kids that women can marry each other." Really? This is what we as a race have stooped to?

I'm not old enough to have seen any media in the 50s about Sam Houston finally getting the Supreme Court to abolish segregation and I'm not in least comparing the struggles of black America to gay America, but my gut feeling is that the tone of the media might have been similar.

Using prejudice to claim that you are "morally better than others" is against the constitution, unpatriotic and completely inhuman.
